Administrative Support Specialist for SEN Students

The Cambian Group Plc, a leading provider of specialist services in education and mental health rehabilitation, is seeking a dedicated and caring individual to support the team at Cambian Wing College, Bournemouth.
Cambian Wing College is an independent provider of specialist further education and residential care in the South West, offering day and up to 52-week residential placements for young people aged 16 to 25 years with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Mental Health, and complex needs.
The successful candidate will be responsible for deputising for the Admin Manager in their absence, preparing Annual Reviews and 3-monthly reviews for new students, and maintaining up-to-date SEND student record data and pupil folders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Distributing regular information to staff, parents/carers, Local Authorities, and external agencies
- Liaising with teaching staff, link schools, parents, and external stakeholders to collect relevant SEND information
- Administration duties, including covering reception and assisting the admin team
- Oversight of data entry on to Behaviour Watch system
- Fleet management
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Special Educational Needs, experience of the Annual review process, and qualifications in Administration. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is also essential.
