Salary:£25,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Job Description:

The successful candidate will provide support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), helping them achieve their full potential academically and socially. Key responsibilities include assisting in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs), adapting learning materials to meet student needs, and working closely with teaching staff to create a positive learning environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within an educational setting is preferred.
  • A passion for working with young people and commitment to their educational and personal development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, resilience, and adaptability.
  • Relevant qualifications in education or SEN support are advantageous.
