HR Coordinator Specialist

Are you an experienced HR professional seeking a new challenge? Crisis24, a leading global protective solutions firm, is currently looking for a highly skilled HR Coordinator to provide maternity cover under a one-year fixed-term contract.
About the Role:
This exciting opportunity will see you working alongside our regional HR Manager, supporting our employees across the UK, Ireland, and France. Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining digital employee records, assisting with recruitment processes, coordinating mandatory training programs, and providing general HR support.
What You Will Work On:
As an HR Coordinator, you will have a number of key responsibilities, including:
- Assisting with internal and external HR-related queries
- Maintaining and updating digital employee records, including administration and maintenance of the Crisis24 Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
- Assisting with the recruitment process, screening, and initiating background checks
- Assisting with employee annual review processes, including performance
- Coordinating and tracking mandatory employee training programs
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, as well as minimum two years of experience in an HR Coordinator or HR Administrator role. A good understanding of HR functions and best practices is essential, along with proficiency in MS Office packages. French language skills and knowledge of French employment law would be a distinct advantage.
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
