HR Coordinator (Maternity Cover)
About the Role:We are seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to provide maternity cover under a one-year fixed term contract. The successful candidate will work closely with our HR Manager to complete administrative duties, including recruitment, employee contracts and records maintenance, payroll assistance, and general HR support for Crisis24 employees in the UK, Ireland, and France.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist with internal and external HR queries
- Maintain and update digital employee records, including administration and maintenance of the Crisis24 Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
- Support the recruitment process, screening, and initiating background checks
- Assist with employee annual review processes, including performance
- Coordinate and track mandatory employee training programs
