Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to provide maternity cover under a one-year fixed-term contract. As HR Coordinator, you will support our regional HR Manager and work alongside a team of global HR professionals. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with internal and external HR-related queries
  • Maintaining and updating digital employee records
  • Administering onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Supporting recruitment efforts and background checks
  • Coordinating payroll administration and benefits
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent
  • Minimum two years of experience in HR Coordinator or HR Administrator roles
  • Good understanding of HR functions and best practices
  • Proficient in MS Office packages
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
