The cinema is the best environment in which to showcase any brand. There are no distractions and advertising is seen as part of the whole cinema experience. Pearl & Dean Cinemas Ltd are recruiting for an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. P&D currently use an HR service contract and this is the first time that the company will have a dedicated HR professional for a number of years, so although there are processes and structures already in place, the candidate will have the opportunity to really make a difference.
This role is based in the office in central London and reports to the CEO of Pearl & Dean.
Passion for film is a plus

Develop, implement and maintain current HR policies and procedures, in order to drive the people/business plan forward
~ Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
~ End-to-end recruitment and advising on recruitment strategy
~ Guide, coach and support the senior leadership and line managers in developing employees and managing performance reviews
~ Managing all aspects of Employee Relations and developing relevant policies in accordance with legal framework
~ Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
~ Oversee, manage & maintain objectives & performance appraisals for all employees
~ Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
~ Report to senior management and provide decision support through HR metrics
~ Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Proven working experience as HR Manager
Degree in Human Resources or related field
Strong knowledge of HR principles, processes, and best practices
Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics, HR systems and databases
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practice.
High degree of emotional intelligence and flexible to adapt easily 
Superb attention to detail, organizational skills and time management to meet deadlines 
A true ambassador and representation of the Pearl & Dean brand
3 days working week, based in the office in central London
