Metrea Management oversees 12 global business units via Operations, Strategy, Legal, and Finance teams.**Position Overview**
- This position is responsible for leading the Human Resources function within the Metrea enterprise and providing comprehensive strategic leadership in all aspects of Human Resources. The incumbent will serve as a key member of the leadership team collaborating with the company’s Executive Leadership Team to develop and improve HR policies and procedures to better align with the overall strategic direction of the business. This position will implement all Human Resources programs, policies, and procedures with oversight responsibilities for compensation and benefits, employee relations and welfare, talent acquisition and retention, leadership development, training and development, workforce planning, and employee engagement/HR communications, together with HRBP and administrative HR support.**MAM Human Resources - Responsibilities**:

- The requirement is for a highly experienced senior Human Resources professional with a substantial track record and expertise within the industry sectors in which Metrea is active. This position is required to provide strategic Human Resources advice and manage all HR functions globally, utilizing the recently implemented shared services model with a full servicing offering to all Metrea Business Units. The Head of Human Resource participates directly in organizational priority-setting and decision-making and leads and ensures efficient and effective performance by the wider Human Resources team. As an Outcomes Based Organization, continual high-touch is required to promote a culture of responsive, disciplined and solution-oriented transaction and governance management to the geographically diverse management teams and the international employee base.- The Head of Human Resource role will be the management, oversight, and optimization of delivery to the full suite of services by Metrea’s Human Resources team, whose remit includes:
- Proven track record as an active contributing member of an executive management team and a recognized change agent.
- Exceptional integrity and ethics, and be dedicated to developing a strong, diverse, inclusive, and collaborative organization.
- Motivated self-starter with the demonstrated ability to build trust-based relationships and provide inspirational leadership in a collaborative culture within their team.
- Change manager who can drive constructive change within the HR Shared Services team in support of sustained company growth.
- An ability to make complexity simple, communicate accordingly, while fully mastering the facts and details of any given situation.
- Strategic mindset, while remaining “hands on” in support of the HR Shared Services team
- Pragmatic approach to solving business problems.
- Ability to serve as a trusted personal advisor/confidante to key members of executive leadership.
- Willingness to challenge management’s point-of-view when appropriate while offering alternative constructive suggestions.
- Ability to lead in a helpful, “roll-up your sleeves” manner that is perceived as people-centric, effective, and non-bureaucratic. Accordingly, must also demonstrate a level of personal warmth, empathy, and approachability that encourages employees across the organization to seek him/her out for advice and counsel.
- Highly developed problem-solving skills and influential, with strong presentation, oral and written communication and listening skills to a variety of audiences.
- Demonstrated aptitude and passion for understanding all elements of Metrea including Principles, Values and Skillsets which is defined in the Individual Firmware.
- Work with the CEO, Head of Operations and Senior Leadership Team on all aspects of Human Resources, helping to ensure the Company has the talent and organizational capability necessary to continuously improve the profitably and grow the business.
- Develop company-wide HR led initiatives in five key strategy areas including talent acquisition, performance management, culture, employee development and communication.
- Work closely with Leadership Team to drive Metrea Principles, Values and Skillset which matches Metrea’s mission and strategic plan while fostering employee satisfaction, and retention.
- Utilize the HR function and its management processes to embed this culture throughout the organization as the foundation for leading a successful business transformation.
- Participate in weekly management calls along with providing quarterly detailed HR updates to the BOD pack.
- Continue to develop a strong talent acquisition function which delivers top talent
