Temporary Human Resources Advisor

Remote working with London Offices

£35-40k pa

Our client is a Non-profit organisation within the Greater London area with the role initially for 2-3 months on a fully remote basis. This Human Resources Advisor role is an interim opportunity for 2-3 months to support a growing business through a period of change and cover a vacancy within the UK headcount. This would be a good opportunity for an experienced Human Resources Advisor with UK experience to come in on short notice and support through exciting changes.

The Interim Human Resources Advisor will be responsible for:

  1. Supporting the UK office with their HR needs including employee administration, talent acquisition, employee relations case management, policy and procedure management, any adhoc HR duties that arise etc.
  2. Support the company through a period of large change from an HR perspective
  3. Recruitment and Selection
  4. Employee Relations - with change there is a possibility of TUPE or Redundancy management
  5. Act as the sole point of contact within HR for any UK based employee support needed

The ideal Interim Human Resources Advisor will have the following skills/qualities:

  • UK HR Advisory experience with proven success in prior roles over the last 5 years in the UK
  • Immediately available to start 1st April
  • Discrete, and able to maintain high levels of confidentiality and diplomacy
  • High level of accuracy with excellent attention to detail
  • Flexible approach to workload in a busy environment
