Junior HR BP West London

Are you an experienced HR Advisor looking to move into a HR BP position? Are you a people person, who is engaging and builds relationships with stakeholders easily? Our client is a global leader in their field, they are a very well established organisation and have an excellent reputation in their industry. They are currently seeking a Junior HR BP to join their HR team based in their West London office. Reporting to the HR Manager, the Junior HR BP will be responsible for providing a full HR service to the employees of the organisation.

Duties will include:

  1. Building positive relationships with business to enable understanding of the operational challenges and support needed.
  2. To ensure that managers and staff are aware of policies and procedures and able to operate them effectively.
  3. Work collaboratively with internal clients, including Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits.
  4. Producing offer letters, contracts and manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from recruitment to exit.
  5. Management of the sickness absence data and right to work checks, and other vital compliance activities, such as supporting audits.
  6. Supporting all business-as-usual HR processes including talent review, performance management process, annual salary review, people development and succession planning.
  7. Manage or assist in delivering local and global HR initiatives and projects.
  8. Supporting in ER case work such as absence management, disciplinaries, grievances and consultation processes.

For your application to be successful you must possess the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
  • CIPD Qualification is preferable.
  • Good all-round experience gained at HR/Senior HR Advisor or Junior HR Business Partner level.
  • Resourcing experience – interviewing and providing guidance to those hiring.
  • Experience in redundancy processes, grievance, disciplinary, consultations etc.
  • Use of HR Systems.
