**Summary/Overview**:
**KBRA Europe** (Kroll Bond Rating Agency, Europe), is a rapidly growing entrant to the European credit rating space. Following in the footsteps of Kroll Bond Rating Agency, LLC ("KBRA"), founded in 2010 and based in the US, KBRA Europe's mission is to provide the European investment community with the same standard of excellence and integrity in European credit ratings, products and instruments to make informed investment decisions. This position can be located in either **London, UK** or **Dublin, Ireland.**

**About the Team**

Our Human Resources Department is an integral function responsible for the overall dynamic employee experience at KBRA. As a lean HR organization, we take pride in our wide array of work initiatives, ranging from recruiting high caliber talent, promoting diversity, engagement and inclusion, providing training and internal career development opportunities, caring for employee physical and mental well-being via the provision of competitive benefit plans, rewarding high performers, and assisting our colleagues in understanding how their individual roles contribute to KBRA's overall business strategy of becoming recognized as the premier credit rating agency. This position will be based out of either London, UK or Dublin Ireland, with the flexibility to work remotely two days per week.

**Responsibilities**:

- Payroll and benefits administration for EU staff
- Administration of all HRIS (BambooHR, ePay, Small Improvements, etc.), and time off tracking systems for EU staff
- Onboarding and offboarding - lead new hire orientation, be the point of contact for new hires, conduct exit interviews, etc.
- Policy and procedures interpretation and oversight for EU staff, e.g., employee handbook
- Leave of absence coordination
- Handle relocation requests
- Liaise with internal/external legal on immigration cases for UK and Dublin staff
- Partner with broader HR team on the annual performance management and compensation cycles
- Ad hoc event coordination

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors' degree required
- Four (4) or more years of relevant HR generalist experience
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills are essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and complete time sensitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Have the ability to stay focused, organized, efficient, and effective in managing multiple priorities
- Strong customer service orientation
- Able to communicate effectively with all levels of employees
- Prior financial services experience preferred
- Comfortable in a multi-national environment
- Fluency in multiple languages is most helpful
