My client, a well known global Law Firm are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join their team.
This role is to work in a in a key practice group of nearly 200 fee-earners and acting as their point of contact and trusted advisor for HR matters.
The role will have a lot of exposure to Partners in the group, so forging strong relationships and building credibility are essential to the role.

Be involved in multiple projects and have a "bigger picture" outlook as to how these impact the business over time.
Coach and support managers and partners to develop their management skills.
Work with the senior HR team to develop HR within the firm.

The Human Resources Business Partner will need to be an experienced HR professional, with the ability to build credibility with key contacts and work in a senior generalist capacity and ideally coming from a professional services environment.
