Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for the implementation of human resources work in the organization.
  2. Collect, initiate, and follow up on the organization's human resources requirements.
  3. Identify and analyze problems in HR work, provide suggestions and solutions, and ensure the healthy operation of HR work.
  4. Promote innovative practices in the new mode of human resources operation to enhance the organization's vitality.
  5. Undertake other tasks assigned by superiors.
Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree or above, major in human resource management, labor economics, or related field.

Language: Fluent in English and Chinese, capable of using both languages as working languages.

Experience: At least 5 years of HR management experience in large enterprises; HR management experience in the logistics industry is preferred.

Knowledge and Skills:

  1. Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations in Western Europe.
  2. Understanding of the principles and practical operation of all major modules of modern human resource management with the ability to plan human resource management systems and processes.
  3. Strong organizational and coordination abilities, effective communication skills, a sense of responsibility and professionalism, teamwork skills, and a collaborative approach.
