The Group HR Manager will play a pivotal role in guiding human resources policies and procedures to both employees and managers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating closely with senior managers to address employee relations, health and wellbeing, and people policies, whilst overseeing and advising on employee relations cases.
  • Working in close partnership with central HR functions to conduct talent reviews, develop robust succession plans, and attract top-tier talent to meet both current and future workforce demands.
  • Championing employee engagement initiatives across business areas to cultivate a positive work culture.
  • Led the coordination of talent acquisition events, attraction projects, and partnerships to ensure a steady influx of skilled candidates.
  • Staying abreast of industry best practices, personal development opportunities, and legislative updates.
  • Supporting the rollout and communication of new HR initiatives, policies, and procedures, and contributing to regional projects as required.
  • Assisting in crafting an effective communication strategy to engage and inform employees.

What we're looking for:

  • A positive, enthusiastic individual with a keen eye for talent acquisition.
  • Proven experience in managing HR functions across multiple hotel sites.
  • A results-oriented mindset, dedicated to achieving organisational goals.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in Human Resources within the hospitality sector.
  • Proficiency in working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent.
