Lecturer - Human Resources Management
Anglia Ruskin University, London (ARU London) is an ambitious, teaching-focussed provider of undergraduate and postgraduate education, primarily aimed at a widening participation audience. Based in the heart of London, ARU London is a multi-building campus hosting over 10,500 students studying subjects related to Business, Hospitality, Healthcare, Law and Finance.
Continued growth in demand for our student-focused courses has led to the opportunity to expand our exceptional delivery team through the addition of a permanent senior lecturer in Business and Human Resource Management.
We are looking for an experienced lecturer with a solid grounding in business topics, and Human Resource Management in particular. The successful applicant will be employed to lecture on a range of modules, but will primarily focus on our Human Resources syllabus. We are seeking an academic to become part of the HRM delivering team on a sessional contract.
If you are enthused with your subject, motivated by helping students develop their professional knowledge and skills, share our belief in the transformational nature of education, are capable of working in a high-tempo environment, and wish to be rewarded for your teaching excellence, then we would like to talk to you about opportunities at ARU London.
You will be qualified to Master’s Degree level in a business discipline. A strong grounding in industry will be an advantage, together with fellowship (or commitment to gain fellowship) of the HEA. You must have an existing right to live and work in the United Kingdom without restriction or caveat.
To apply, please forward your CV with a cover letter to:
