The Opportunity

We're looking for a community manager who has a passion for building, growing and nurturing our new intervention communities and supporting engagement and collaboration on related intervention fora (such as Circle Intervention spaces, the Fellowship Mentor platform and RSA Spark learning platform)

This role is based from RSA House in London for at least three days per week, with hybrid flexibility for the remaining days.

About You

What we look for in a successful Community Manager (Interventions) candidate:

  • Strong working knowledge of online community platforms and best practices.
  • Must have minimum of four years of experience of organising and coaching volunteers to deliver community projects with clear scopes, planning and delivery.
  • Robust experience of moderating online communities from flagging responses, investigating, responding and closing out cases, including dealing with sensitive and challenging online conversations.
