An exciting junior Events and Projects assistant role reporting to the Events Director. WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Support the events team with the complete process
  • Manage events inbox, working through enquiries
  • Support the events team with preparation of rooms
  • Manage the uniforms, and other inventory
  • Support the digital presence, including the website and social media platforms
  • Assist with the transition from manual to digital bookings, CRM, etc.
  • Wider support to the team as well as to the events director
WHO YOU ARE

A candidate that has strong IT skills, including the use of Microsoft and Adobe. Ideally you have experience in the Hospitality industry and be educated to the degree level. You are someone that enjoys organisation, has great time management skills and understands how to prioritise.

Requirements:
  • Interest and passion in providing first class customer service
  • A can-do and proactive "No job too small" attitude
  • Smartly presented, and courteous with a welcoming personality
  • Desire to learn and understand the entire business operations
They are offering up to 28K DOE, and you will be required to work some weekends. This role is predominately events, and it is important to have a true passion for the industry. If you have background in this field or have tertiary education in this field. Apply today
