Key Responsibilities:

Content Development and Social Media Management

· Create and publish engaging blog articles on topics related to careers, lifestyle, and membership in collaboration with the broader Assistant Room team and brand advocates.

· Design and implement marketing strategies to highlight various facets of our brand, focusing on our membership platform while introducing innovative concepts and boosting engagement.

· Assist in the production of multimedia content, including TAR Live.

· Craft, design, and distribute newsletters for both members and non-members, ensuring all content is captivating, pertinent, and aligns with our brand identity.

· Analyze newsletter performance metrics to drive ongoing enhancements.

· Schedule and create appealing content for social media channels, consistently exploring new platforms and opportunities.

· Monitor and report on social media analytics to assess success and refine strategies.

· Engage with online communities to build brand loyalty and expand our following.

Corporate Client Engagement

· Support marketing efforts aimed at corporate clients and prospective members.

· Assist in crafting customized marketing approaches for corporate partners.

· Cultivate and enhance relationships with current corporate clients.

Partnership Development

· Establish and manage collaborations with brands, recruitment, and PR agencies to amplify media visibility and brand presence.

· Aid in the creation and management of press releases and media inquiries for The Assistant Room.

· Build and maintain connections with media representatives and influencers.

· Collaborate on joint marketing initiatives to broaden reach and impact.

Event Planning and Community Involvement

· Organize and participate in conferences and events, both virtual and in-person.

· Oversee event logistics, including planning, promotion, and follow-up activities.

· Assist in crafting engaging experiences for event attendees.

· Interact with members in forums and community platforms to foster a sense of belonging and encourage active participation.

· Manage member registrations and communications to enhance user experience.

· Develop and oversee incentive programs to promote engagement and loyalty.

· Coordinate promotional efforts and evaluate their effectiveness.

· Analyze feedback and data to optimize future incentive initiatives.

Website and CRM Oversight

· Update and maintain the member area and general sections of the website.

· Ensure that all content is current, accurate, and reflective of our brand ethos.

· Utilize CRM tools to manage member communications and engagement effectively.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Demonstrated experience in marketing or a related field, ideally within a comparable industry.
  • Strong creative abilities and a talent for generating innovative ideas.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for engaging diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and marketing tools.
  • Experience with CRM systems and website management.
  • Ability to work independently and juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with robust organizational and analytical skills.
