The Marketing Coordinator plays a crucial role in assisting the Campaign Manager with the execution of the company's seasonal marketing initiatives. This position involves aiding in the organization, briefs, deliverables, and various administrative responsibilities, as well as supporting events, public relations, and influencer engagements. Collaborating closely with the Marketing Team and reporting directly to the Campaign Manager, the Marketing Coordinator will work alongside all sub-teams within Marketing & Content Creative to ensure that marketing activities align with the overarching commercial objectives. Furthermore, the Marketing Coordinator will aid in the implementation of Threads Media Service campaigns under the supervision of the Accounts Director.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing Campaign, PR, Events, Influencer, and TMS schedules under the direction of the Campaign Manager and Account Director.
  • Provide administrative support for daily operations.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing team and other departments to ensure effective activations.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Editor and Social Media Manager to assess social metrics and refine campaign and TMS strategies.
  • Oversee team workflow to align with the Marketing calendar and allocate necessary resources for each activation.
  • Develop task views and extract insights from various accounts and platforms.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
  • Strong understanding of commercial principles.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools, influencer relations, and social listening techniques.

Technical Proficiencies

  • Proficient in major social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, YouTube, Facebook, and WhatsApp.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, particularly in content planning.
  • Experience with Google Suite applications.
