The Position

We are in search of a Marketing Coordinator to assist our Marketing Team in crafting and implementing effective marketing strategies to enhance and promote the GB Bank brand in alignment with our ambitious growth objectives. In this role, you will collaborate with seasoned professionals and contribute to the overall success of the marketing division.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head of Marketing in developing, safeguarding, and promoting the GB Bank brand in accordance with our ambitious growth objectives.
  • Generate and contribute innovative ideas that inspire creative campaigns to convey key messages to targeted audiences in line with our strategic goals.
  • Support the Head of Marketing in managing external public relations and design agencies to ensure budget efficiency and objective fulfillment.
  • Create and deliver engaging content for social media initiatives.
  • Oversee and execute plans for email marketing campaigns, including automation, design, and content.
  • Contribute to the ideation of multi-channel marketing campaigns supporting all areas of the bank for both online and offline channels.
  • Assist in the development of the GB Bank website, ensuring engaging content creation and maximizing SEO opportunities.
  • Utilize relevant analytics to support the growth and enhancement of the website in collaboration with the web agency.
  • Work closely with the Head of Marketing to assist in event management, from small office gatherings to large expos.
  • Manage your time effectively and work independently to ensure maximum positive impact.

  • The ability to juggle multiple competing priorities and stakeholders.
  • Experience in brand building and development, including brand guidelines and tone of voice.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, including email marketing, content creation, social media marketing, display/PPC ad strategy, and Google Analytics.
  • Familiarity with various marketing software, including automation tools and email marketing platforms, is advantageous.
  • Experience in public relations and social media management is desirable.
  • A confident and articulate self-starter.
  • A readiness to roll up your sleeves and dive in.
