Job Responsibilities- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote Optimizely's products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and creative teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives and brand guidelines.
- Create campaign briefs and ensure all stakeholders understand the campaign goals, timelines, and expected outcomes.
- Conduct market research and analyze campaign performance data to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
- Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
- Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns and other digital marketing initiatives. Develop promotional materials such as social media posts, advertisements, and landing pages to support campaigns.
- Identify and engage with external partners to support campaign objectives.
- Communicate campaign results and insights to stakeholders and senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in campaign management or related marketing roles.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in using data to drive decision-making.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and concepts to stakeholders and senior management.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively to develop effective campaigns.
- Experience in managing budgets and resources.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate cross-functional teams.
