Campaigns Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Campaigns Manager to join our team at Office Angels. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging campaigns to drive membership growth and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and coordinate campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, events, and the organisation's app and website.
- Maximise trade-up opportunities for membership growth, identifying and exploring new campaign opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Partnerships team to identify and manage event partnerships that aid membership recruitment and engagement.
- Drive re-engagement with former members through targeted campaigns and effective follow-up.
- Utilise CRM systems and tools to manage leads, track campaign performance, and drive sales journey.
- Previous experience in a Marketing role, with a proven track record of designing and implementing successful campaigns.
- Passion for trying new methods and approaches to acquire new clients.
- Commercial awareness with excellent persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Strong networking abilities and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Exceptional organisation skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively.
