Full-time, Temporary - 12 month contract covering maternity leave (Hybrid)

Salary: £25,000 per annum

Position Overview

We are looking for a driven Campaign Executive to enhance our marketing efforts at Buzz Bingo. This role is essential for the successful planning and implementation of our promotional initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assessing incoming briefs from various stakeholders to ensure all critical information is included and campaign objectives are well-defined.
  • Prioritizing incoming briefs to guarantee that high-priority campaigns receive optimal promotional exposure across our marketing platforms.
  • Providing clear briefs for copy development to support campaigns, ensuring that key messages are articulated effectively and align with our brand's voice.
  • Commissioning design work for marketing materials that emphasize key messages and maintain visual appeal in line with the Buzz brand.
  • Collaborating with our marketing agency for the production and distribution of physical marketing materials, including budget oversight.
  • Coordinating with the CMS team to ensure campaigns are effectively showcased on our website.
  • Working with the CRM teams to accurately represent key campaigns in our customer communication strategies.
  • Implementing quality control measures to verify that all campaign details and materials are accurate and compliant.
  • Participating in cross-departmental meetings to explore how we can mutually support each other's campaigns.
  • Communicating upcoming campaign strategies clearly to stakeholders, particularly the Customer Service and Social Media teams.
  • Evaluating completed campaigns, summarizing outcomes, and presenting findings to stakeholders.
  • Encouraging a test-and-learn approach to campaigns and contributing innovative ideas for future enhancements.
  • Assisting the broader Retention Team with administrative tasks on a rotational basis.

Qualifications

  • Experience in supporting marketing initiatives through owned channels, including on-site content and digital asset creation.
  • Familiarity with processes that guide marketing from initial brief to post-campaign analysis.
  • Understanding of messaging hierarchy to ensure that the most significant messages receive appropriate emphasis.
  • Experience in brand creative, ensuring campaigns are engaging while adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Proficiency in crafting clear and concise copy with a strong attention to detail in spelling and grammar.
  • Experience in presenting campaign metrics and outcomes to stakeholders, along with recommendations for future improvements.
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced marketing environment and adapt to changes effectively.
