Position Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Campaign Executive to enhance our marketing efforts at Buzz Bingo. This role is essential in driving our marketing initiatives by assisting in the development and implementation of various promotional campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Assessing incoming project briefs from various stakeholders to ensure comprehensive understanding of campaign objectives.
- Prioritizing briefs to guarantee that high-priority campaigns receive optimal visibility across our marketing platforms.
- Creating briefs for copywriting that highlight key messages while adhering to our brand's voice.
- Providing design briefs for marketing materials that emphasize critical messages and align with the Buzz brand identity.
- Collaborating with our marketing agency for the production and distribution of physical marketing materials, including managing budgets.
- Coordinating with the CMS team to ensure effective promotion of campaigns on our website.
- Working with the CRM teams to accurately represent key campaigns in our customer communication strategies.
- Implementing quality control processes to verify that all campaign details and materials are accurate and compliant.
- Participating in interdepartmental meetings to explore mutual support for campaigns.
- Clearly communicating upcoming campaign strategies to stakeholders, particularly the Customer Service and Social Media teams.
- Evaluating completed campaigns, summarizing outcomes, and presenting findings to stakeholders.
- Encouraging a test-and-learn approach to campaigns and contributing innovative ideas for enhancements.
- Assisting the broader Retention Team with administrative tasks on a rotational basis.
Qualifications
- Experience in supporting marketing initiatives through owned channels, including on-site content and digital asset creation.
- Proficiency in following established processes to manage marketing projects from inception to post-campaign analysis.
- Understanding of messaging hierarchy to ensure critical messages receive appropriate emphasis.
- Experience in brand creative, ensuring campaigns are visually appealing while maintaining brand integrity.
- Ability to write clear and concise copy with a strong focus on accuracy in spelling and grammar.
- Experience in presenting campaign performance metrics and providing recommendations for future improvements.
- Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced marketing environment and adapt to changes efficiently.
