Marketing Executive Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Executive to join our team at EMR | Specialist in Marketing Recruitment. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for delivering integrated marketing campaigns to drive acquisition and retention for our consumer finance savings product.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute the marketing and digital strategy for our B2C financial services business
  • Support the team in implementing Paid Social strategy
  • Assist in the development of ATL and BTL acquisition and retention strategies
  • Effectively execute marketing activities within agreed budget
  • Deliver marketing plans that are client-focused, meet business objectives, and are delivered on time and within budget
  • Build strong relationships with external agencies and internal teams supporting the marketing team
  • Optimize marketing initiatives to ensure effective ROI on all campaigns, with a focus on digital activity

Requirements:

  • Solid experience in a similar B2C marketing role
  • B2C financial services (consumer finance/insurance) experience essential
  • Track record of website, PPC, TV, paid social, print, and digital experience
  • Proactive, accountable, and prepared to take ownership
  • Proven skills in implementing marketing strategy, from developing the plan to execution and measurement
  • Sound knowledge of marketing, including experience of the full media mix, promotions, and communications B2C channel
  • Experienced campaign manager, leading from agency briefing through to execution, delivery, reporting, and post-campaign analysis
  • Proven project management skills with a track record of delivery to time and within budget
  • Proficient in managing external 3rd party relationships and internal stakeholders/partners
  • Naturally creative, idea-generating, and prepared to challenge the norm
  • Digital Marketing expertise, including CRM/email marketing, PPC, SEO, and Social Media
  • Proficient copywriting skills to support enhancement of content developed internally and by agency partners
  • High level of negotiation and influencing skills

Salary: c£50,000 Base

Contract Type: 12-months FTC

Working Hours: 3-days in the office
