Marketing Campaign Strategist

At Devonshire, we're partnering with an investment management firm to find a Marketing Production Specialist. If you're passionate about driving impactful marketing campaigns in the financial services industry, this could be the role for you.

As a Marketing Production Specialist, you'll play a key part in executing multi-channel marketing campaigns for their investment solutions, targeting both institutional and global wealth audiences.

This role is part of a global marketing team, and you'll work in close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the campaign calendar, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
  • Support the implementation of comprehensive multichannel marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to create compelling marketing materials.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels.
  • Analyse campaign performance using key metrics and identify opportunities for optimisation.
  • Work closely with teams across the firm to ensure campaign alignment.
  • Maintain brand standards and oversee creative approvals.
  • Present detailed campaign performance reports to senior leadership.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in finance, marketing, communications.
  • A wealth of product marketing experience, preferably within the financial services sector.
  • A strong interest in alternative investment products.
  • Experience in managing and executing multichannel marketing campaigns.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A track record of success in strategic marketing.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with familiarity in Salesforce and Pardot being a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A results-driven mindset with high accountability for your work.

This is a hybrid role, working three days in the office in London and the rest from home. During the training period, the expectation is for you to be in the office 5 days a week.
