Marketing Campaign Strategist, International Markets

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Campaign Strategist to join our team in Germany. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and execute comprehensive campaign strategies that align with UNiDAYS' brand identity and business goals.

About the Role

As a Marketing Campaign Strategist, you will be responsible for identifying key themes, messaging, and creative concepts that resonate with students. You will collaborate with the Commercial team to create engaging student campaigns that excite our partners.

Responsibilities
  • Develop detailed marketing plans for Back to School and Black Friday/Christmas that deliver new member acquisition and engagements
  • Coordinate activities across internal teams and external agencies to ensure plans and execution are aligned
  • Create test measurement programmes to ensure gains are incremental and delivering ROI
  • Work with Commercial team to ensure partner interest to drive media revenues
  • Develop campaign performance reports, highlighting key metrics, insights, and actionable recommendations for stakeholders
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need experience of executing campaigns in a CRM or digital marketing environment. You should also have experience of delivering AB tests, using CRM and paid social to deliver against company goals, and project management/time management best practices. The ability to speak German is highly desirable.
