Marketing Talent - Marketing Recruitment Experts is seeking a Senior Marketing Strategist to join our team in London.

About the Role:

This exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Marketing Strategist to join our client's marketing team. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels to achieve business growth targets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Owning the end-to-end execution of cross-channel campaigns, including copywriting, audience building and selection, scheduling and reporting.
  • Producing high-quality campaign assets that adhere to brand guidelines, including email templates, landing pages, display advertising banners and social media creatives, using tools such as Canva and Stripo, or by collaborating with external designers.
  • Working closely with affiliate partners to ensure all information relating to the product offering is accurate and regularly updated.
  • Ensuring all marketing activity is trackable and providing regular accurate reporting on marketing performance, channel activity, and lead and customer engagement.
  • Reporting back to key business stakeholders on the success of marketing activities.
  • Executing effective and efficient integrated marketing campaigns across a range of digital channels, including email and both organic & paid social media (e.g. LinkedIn, Google Ads).
  • Collaborating with the Heads of Marketing and Sales to translate strategies into marketing campaigns tailored to each specific objective (new business, upsell, cross-sell, win-back, engagement, loyalty).
  • Developing a clear understanding of new business lead requirements – working with Head of New Business Sales on generating high-quality leads in the volume required by the business.
  • Collaborating with the Marketing Technology team to create automated programs that nurture and engage audiences – this includes developing landing pages.
  • Working closely with the Head of Events on excellent audience outreach efforts, ensuring events are attended by senior market participants through the creation of high-quality and accurate communications across the website, social media and emails.

About You:

  • A graduate or someone with 6+ months B2B marketing experience looking to forge a career in international marketing.
  • Ideal candidate would have experience in B2B digital marketing, growth marketing, or lifecycle marketing.
  • Possesses proven ability to develop and execute multi-channel marketing plans adhering to strict deadlines and within an agreed budget.
  • Has experience using Marketing automation platforms (e.g. Pardot), CRM (e.g. Salesforce), and CMS (e.g. Brightspot).
  • Able to write compelling and relevant marketing copy.
  • Knowledge of managing integrated campaigns and building reports.
  • Good knowledge of Analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics).
  • Advanced English language skills (written and spoken).
  • IT literate; MS office, in-house marketing database, in-house web and email packages and advanced Excel.
  • Experience of working on commercial events such as conferences or private briefings, would be advantageous.
  • Marketing experience within financial services or publishing/media is nice-to-have.
