About the Role

The Quarto Group is seeking a highly organized and creative Campaigns Assistant to join our vibrant campaigns team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for devising and implementing trade and consumer campaigns for a variety of titles and specific categories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing and PR strategies to promote our adult publishing list
  • Manage social media platforms, including Instagram and TikTok, to engage with our audience
  • Assist with the management of Amazon A+ pages and compile seasonal catalogues
  • Arrange author tours and events, and liaise with key UK festivals
  • Liaise with our US marketing team to ensure global consistency
  • Compile and maintain high-quality sell-in materials

About You

We are looking for an enthusiastic book lover with a can-do attitude, who is highly organized and ready to gain a wealth of experience within a global publishing company.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing plans
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of service
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders
