Job Overview

Cutera is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team in the UK/IRE region. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for executing strategic marketing plans to drive growth in the UK/IRE market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing communication and product strategies in alignment with our Head of International Marketing and local management teams.
  • Support the Head of International Marketing by working closely with regional teams and departments across Europe, with a focus on the UK/IRE market.
  • Provide ongoing support to the UK/IRE team on day-to-day activities.
  • Organize and manage industry conferences, clinical meetings, and other events across the UK/IRE region.
  • Manage the UK/IRE demo and system loaner pool, including tracking device locations and ensuring devices are serviced and in working order.
  • Work closely with trade and consumer publications to ensure maximum exposure of the Cutera brand and product portfolio.
  • Develop and monitor the competitor landscape and provide quarterly analysis of competitor activities.
  • Develop and manage the Cutera UK/IRE marketing budget and provide monthly updates to the Head of International Marketing.
  • Assist the local team in translating corporate marketing assets, product brochures, and website copy.
  • Manage the UK/IRE social media account(s) and develop a quarterly social strategy.
  • Manage inbound lead enquiries and track lead activities.
  • Set up, run, and monitor monthly lead generation campaigns to drive lead generation in the UK/IRE region.
  • Manage literature stock and promotional materials at the Cutera London office.
  • Provide logistical support to the Head of International Marketing as needed for European congresses and events.

Requirements

  • UK-based.
  • BS/BA or degree.
  • A minimum of 5 years working in a marketing function.
  • A strong background in medical devices and/or in the aesthetic industry.
  • Experience of Adobe suite (including Marketo), WordPress, Salesforce, and Canva.
  • Strong analytical thinking skills.
  • Creative mindset.
  • Delivers results with multiple and complex projects.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation experience.
  • Fluent in English.
