About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and ambitious individual to join our team as a Social Content Graphic Designer at AKA Promotions.

We are a leading advertising and marketing agency for theatre, live entertainment, film, music, museums, galleries, events, and attractions. Our team is passionate about delivering innovative and engaging content for our clients, and we are looking for someone who shares our enthusiasm and creativity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the creation of innovative and engaging static, animated, and video content for social media channels against client briefs and social strategy.
  • Shape and adhere to the correct tone of voice and deliver on-brand content.
  • Generate new, creative ideas and participate in content brainstorming sessions.
  • Create content brand guidelines per client.
  • Present and circulate updates in the weekly social meetings regarding competitor analysis and industry content highlights.
  • Attend monthly meetings to present work to clients.
Requirements
  • Entry-level position or 1 year of experience working in a similar role with transferable skills.
  • A knowledge and experience of graphic design using the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • A basic understanding of motion graphics and aftereffects.
  • Basic video editing skills.
  • Ability to work independently, take responsibility, and show initiative.
  • A 'can-do' attitude, willing to go the extra mile with confidence and a professional outlook.
  • A highly creative and imaginative approach, able to critically evaluate and develop ideas.
  • A passion for theatre and live entertainment.
