Job Title: Content Designer

We are seeking a highly creative and versatile Content Designer with expertise in creative copywriting, creative design, and visual design to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for aesthetics, the ability to craft compelling narratives, and the design skills to bring ideas to life through stunning visuals.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive and impactful content across digital, print, and social platforms that enhances brand storytelling and engages audiences.

Creative Copywriting:
  • Craft clear, compelling, and engaging copy for digital and print platforms, including web pages, social media, email campaigns, ads, product descriptions, and more.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure copy aligns with brand voice, marketing goals, and user experience.
  • Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, coherence, and error-free delivery.
Creative Design:
  • Develop innovative design concepts that align with the brand's visual identity and marketing objectives.
  • Create mood boards, mockups, and prototypes that translate ideas into visual representations for campaigns, websites, and product launches.
  • Work closely with the marketing and UX teams to ensure a seamless integration of copy and visuals in all deliverables.
Visual Design:
  • Design visually stunning and user-friendly graphics for a variety of platforms, including websites, social media, email, and other digital and print assets.
  • Ensure consistency of design elements, typography, and color schemes in all visual materials.
  • Optimize visuals for responsiveness and performance across different devices and platforms.

Requirements:

  • Degree level qualification in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experienced in content design, creative copywriting, and visual design.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing examples of creative copy and design work across digital and print platforms.
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, etc.).
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present and explain creative concepts.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or animation.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices in content creation.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic web development skills.
