About the Job:

We're looking for a talented Content Creator to join our Green Park Content team. As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for producing engaging videos for TikTok & Instagram reels to take our organic media output to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a content calendar and manage its implementation.
  • Generate creative ideas and be proactive in your approach to content creation.
  • Stay informed about culture, trends, memes, features, and communities on TikTok & Instagram, and identify opportunities to participate or create content.
  • Build relationships with our audience across social media through your content.
  • Select appropriate audio, graphic, and animation styles for videos.
  • Regularly review the performance of content using insights to iterate and improve on results through our monthly reports.
  • Collaborate with other content creators.
  • Repurpose content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Perform any ad hoc social media marketing-related duties assigned.

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • A good portfolio or track record of viral videos, with the proven ability to plan and create engaging content across social platforms.
  • Confidence and expertise with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, including a clear understanding of what's trending on these platforms.
  • Comfortable and confident in front of the camera.
  • A strong point of view on what it takes to entertain audiences, drive views, and build a dedicated following on Instagram and TikTok platforms.
  • An eye for design, paired with photography and videography skills.
  • Able to work independently, remotely from your location.
  • Experience in creating and editing content using mobile apps such as Canva.
  • Strong communication skills - excellent at storytelling.
  • Comfortable being on camera and adaptable on live interviews with the public.
  • Charismatic, witty, and naturally charming and inspiring.
  • Experiments with new ideas or executions, with the goal of creating stand-out content.
