As a Category Planner within the Health, Beauty & Wellness division, you will play a pivotal role in executing the company's 'Food First' strategy by influencing critical decisions across the category.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the execution of the promotional strategy across various platforms, ensuring effective communication of messages to customers while driving sales growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Buyers, Supply Chain, and Marketing, to activate the promotional plan within established timelines, ensuring best practices are followed for optimal delivery.
  • Support the value strategy through regular reporting, identifying opportunities, and making informed recommendations to enhance customer value.
  • Communicate effectively to facilitate the retail execution of promotional initiatives and key seasonal events, ensuring timely requests and communication of in-store assets.
  • Act as an internal advocate for the Health, Beauty & Wellness category, securing necessary resources to enhance the customer experience both in-store and online.
What We Are Looking For:
  • A solid grasp of commercial retail dynamics and customer behavior; experience in buying or promotions is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, capable of generating insightful reports and presenting actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication abilities to foster productive relationships and provide support to stakeholders at various levels.
  • Driven and ambitious, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement, eager to learn and grow.
  • Excellent project management capabilities, adept at planning, prioritizing, and coordinating tasks while identifying potential risks and opportunities.
