Job Description:

The CloudHealth Staff Consultant role is a billable, customer facing role focused on helping customers get the most business value possible out of the CloudHealth platform. Our engagements focus on assisting Customers with cloud management activities associated with the CloudHealth

platform, the general maintenance of the VMware CloudHealth platform, Customer's cost reporting

needs, knowledge needs, identifying improvement and governance opportunities, integrations with third-party or internal systems.

What we are looking for:

  • Advanced understanding of cloud-centric architectures and services.
  • Professional experience with multiple programming and scripting languages
  • Experience in customer facing, problem solving positions.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment, using company resources to solve customer challenges/requirements.
  • An understanding of ITSM eco-systems and prominent solutions within them such as: DataDog, Chef, Ansible, Puppet, New Relic, ServiceNow, AlertLogic.
  • Strong customer presentation skills with customer facing documentation.
  • Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic project management skills are required.
  • Experience with BI reporting, data analytics software.
  • Practical understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI etc)
  • Advanced understanding with FinOps Foundation concepts.

What You Will Be Doing:

As part of the CloudHealth Professional Services Team, you will:

  • Lead implementations for CloudHealth in the most effective, efficient, and creative ways to ensure successful user adoption and overall success with our products through an understanding of the customers' existing business models and processes
  • Manage key stakeholders for multiple concurrent large projects
  • Support Professional Services Delivery Teams, Solution Engineers, and Account Executives with your technical input for developing Statements of Work during the pre-sales process to define the project objectives, scope, deliverables, dependencies, and risks
  • Consult customers on best practices regarding CloudHealth configuration and usage
  • Design and develop API-based integration solutions using the CloudHealth platform
  • Create detailed specifications outlining the requirements for both external and internal stakeholders
  • Document all work with customers including solution design and configuration
  • Managing internal resources and clients to ensure on-time on-budget delivery of projects
  • Drive FinOps based business transformation within large enterprise customers.
