Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Customer Success Manager to join our busy Client Success team. As a strategic account lead, you'll manage your own portfolio of clients, ensuring they take full advantage of our features and services. Your goal will be to build strong relationships, drive customer health and retention, and identify opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of strategic clients, providing exceptional support and guidance to ensure their success.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key users in client organizations, understanding their needs and concerns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform your client relationships and business development strategies.
  • Work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to pursue them.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in building B2B relationships and driving client retention.
  • Proven track record of success in a client-facing role, with a strong understanding of business development principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
