Drive Customer Success at ABR Talent

We're seeking a seasoned Customer Success professional to lead our efforts in driving customer satisfaction and growth. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies to ensure our clients achieve their goals.

About the Role
  • Lead a remote team of 6 across Implementation, CS, and Support
  • Take ownership of 6 highly valuable key clients
  • Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive growth and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to improve customer success processes
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Customer Success, preferably in a scale-up business
  • Strong understanding of FinTech and/or experience working with large financial institutions
  • Hands-on experience with SaaS implementation
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Able to connect with professionals at all levels
