Customer Success Manager

At ACCS - ARES Customer Care Solutions GmbH, we're revolutionizing the industry with innovative solutions. Our mission is to empower SaaS companies to manage security compliance, security audits, and enterprise procurement security diligence with ease. We're seeking a highly motivated Customer Success/Account Manager with a passion for building relationships and finding solutions. As a key member of our Customer Success Team, you'll engage with tech startups, their founders, and leadership teams, maintaining customer relationships, networking, implementing success programs, contributing to sales, onboarding and training clients, and minimizing churn. Your expertise will be invaluable in analyzing client-to-business interactions, improving the customer experience through product support, and effectively handling customer complaints and requests.
