Job Title: Bilingual Customer Success Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Success Manager to join our team at Reimin Reid Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for driving client adoption and onboarding, mitigating churn, building strong relationships, and ensuring customer retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Adoption and Onboarding: Work closely with clients to ensure a smooth onboarding process, providing training and support to maximize the use of our software solutions.
  • Churn Mitigation: Identify and address potential churn risks, developing strategies to retain clients and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Customer Retention: Develop and implement strategies to retain clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in customer success or account management in a SaaS environment.
  • Knowledge of the construction industry.
  • A stable career record.

Candidate Skills:

  • Degree educated.
  • Energetic, proactive, driven, and 'bubbly'.
