Job Title: Bilingual Customer Success Manager

At Redimeer, we're seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional experiences to our customers, ensuring they can optimize their time and effort for what's truly needed - their employees.

About You

  • You're genuinely passionate about helping customers and colleagues succeed and thrive, fostering a culture of mutual support and collaboration.
  • You have commercial acumen and experience managing the entire end-to-end renewals process.
  • You have a strong background in supporting customers with product adoption in SaaS environments.
  • You're comfortable working with large data sets, analyzing trends, and translating insights into actionable strategies that improve customer outcomes.
  • You enjoy discovering each customer's unique use cases, goals, and challenges, and aligning them with best practices and innovative solutions.
  • You thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments where priorities can shift rapidly, and you bring a solutions-oriented mindset to every challenge.
  • You're confident collaborating cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing teams to strengthen customer relationships, celebrate milestones, and share success stories that amplify customer advocacy.
  • You have a passion for HR technology and are excited about the possibilities it offers for transforming workplace culture and operations.

Compensation and Benefits

In addition to a competitive salary, you'll receive a commission of up to 20% of base salary. This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days a week in our London office. Benefits include meaningful equity, 25 days of paid time off per year plus public holidays, private health and dental insurance, and a learning and development budget.
