Job Title: Director, Customer Account Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Director, Customer Account Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic account management and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive account development strategy to drive revenue growth and expansion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at existing and new accounts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and sales, to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Provide thought leadership and expertise to clients on cloud services and IT managed services
  • Manage and maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in account management and business development
  • Strong understanding of cloud services and IT managed services
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Experience working in a managed service provider (MSP) environment
