About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at ABR Talent, a specialist recruitment partner supporting start-up and scale-up SaaS businesses. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and retention across a portfolio of mid-market and larger level accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute customer success plans to drive account growth and retention
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and engineering, to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in the social media and digital space
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure customer success and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving customer growth and retention in mid-market or larger level accounts
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to grow account value through upsell and adoption
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and decision-makers
  • Experience working with SaaS businesses and their unique customer success challenges
