Director of Customer Success

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Customer Success to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and driving customer success initiatives across key accounts.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic direction and guidance to the CSM team, ensuring they are equipped to achieve their goals and contribute to the overall success of BlueOptima.
  • Develop and implement strategies for managing key accounts, focusing on stakeholder engagement and account growth.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with executive-level stakeholders at assigned accounts, nurturing strategic partnerships and driving customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with other teams, including sales, product development, and marketing, to ensure a seamless and customer-centric experience.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop reports that provide insights into the effectiveness of customer success initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field within the software industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large strategic accounts and driving customer retention and growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS business models and customer success best practices.
