About the Role
We are seeking a Corporate Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a Corporate Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer success and growth across our enterprise customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute customer success plans to drive growth and retention
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Provide strategic guidance and support to customers to ensure successful adoption and utilization of our solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs and pain points
- Develop and deliver training and enablement programs to ensure customer success
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in customer success or a related field
- Proven track record of driving customer growth and retention
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
