Customer Success Manager, Strategic

MongoDB is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our Strategic team. As a key member of our customer-facing organization, you will be responsible for driving customer success and growth across our most strategic accounts.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute account plans to drive customer growth and retention
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives and technical leaders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Professional Services, and Product, to deliver customer value and drive business outcomes
- Identify and prioritize customer needs, and develop solutions to address them
- Provide exceptional customer service and support, including issue resolution and escalation
- Document customer interactions and feedback in internal systems
- Contribute to the development of best practices and processes to drive customer success
- 9+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong background in account management and customer success
- Proven track record of driving customer growth and retention
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize customer needs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
