Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Certus Recruitment Group. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer growth and retention through strategic partnerships and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for a growing portfolio of customers, providing timely and effective support to ensure their success with our product.
  • Strategic Partnership: Work closely with customers to identify their goals and objectives, and develop tailored strategies to drive adoption and growth.
  • Customer Health Checks: Conduct regular assessments to identify and mitigate renewal risks, ensuring that customers remain satisfied and engaged with our product.
  • Onboarding & Training: Develop and deliver comprehensive onboarding and training programs to ensure new customers achieve a smooth and successful adoption of our product.
  • Query Management: Handle customer queries and requests efficiently, providing timely and effective resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Retention Maximisation: Focus on retaining customers by addressing their needs and concerns, and developing strategies to prevent churn.
  • Awareness & Advocacy: Increase product awareness and advocate for its benefits among customers, promoting its value and relevance to their business.
  • Product Opportunities: Identify and introduce new product opportunities to customers, driving revenue growth and expansion.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer success or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
