About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Onboarding and Support: Provide seamless onboarding and ongoing support to our clients, ensuring they have a positive experience with our services.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions to meet their goals.
  • Business Development: Collaborate with our team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth.
Requirements
  • Experience: A proven track record of success in a customer-facing role, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Education: A 2:1 degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
