The OpportunityWe're seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Professional to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Found Customer Success team, you'll play a vital role in driving client retention, seamless onboarding, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
You'll have the autonomy to drive results, with direct access to sales, product, engineering, and the wider Customer Success team. Your expertise will be invaluable in shaping the future of our customer success function and contributing to the growth of our company.
Key Responsibilities- Become an expert on Found and complete comprehensive online training.
- Provide exceptional support through our customer service channels, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.
- Develop and execute onboarding plans, ensuring a seamless transition for new clients.
- Collaborate with the Product team to gather customer feedback, driving product development and improvement.
- Support clients with bugs and issues, owning them through to resolution and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A self-starter with a strong desire to drive results and contribute to the growth of our company.
