With an impressive 10,000 hospitality partners and a goal to triple this number in the next two months, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Success Executive to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Success Executive to support our Head of Customer Success and work closely with our Founder to drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers, delivering exceptional service, and ensuring seamless onboarding and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, becoming a trusted advisor and advocate for their needs
  • Proactively identify and address customer pain points, providing timely and effective solutions
  • Collaborate with the Head of Customer Success to develop and implement customer success strategies
  • Work closely with the Founder to drive business growth and expansion
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' businesses and industries
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and reports
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Success or related role
  • Proven track record of success in building and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other customer success tools
  • Passion for the Hospitality industry and a desire to make a meaningful impact
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000
