About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Success Professional to join our team at Attentive. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and retention through proactive account management and strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their business needs and goals, and providing tailored solutions to drive growth and success.
  • Strategic Growth: Identify opportunities for expansion and develop targeted plans to increase customer adoption and revenue.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks to customer relationships, ensuring timely and effective resolution strategies.
  • Customer Feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and improve overall customer experience.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure seamless customer onboarding and ongoing support.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of customer success experience, preferably in a Martech SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of customer success techniques and strategies.
  • Ability to learn new software and internal tools.
  • Experience navigating complex work processes and tight timelines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or related CRM tools.
  • Interest in startups, software, and entrepreneurship.
