We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Customer Success Manager to join our team at Social Value Portal Ltd, where you will play a key role in helping our clients achieve their goals and make a real difference.

About Us: Social Value Portal Ltd provides user-friendly, online collaboration tools for the public, private, and voluntary sectors to deliver social value.

Role Summary: As a Customer Success Manager, you will inspire, coach, and support our clients to maximise their investment in our products. You will work closely with our Strategic Account Managers to develop and implement success plans, ensuring our clients meet their social value goals.

  • Drive utilisation and value from our products, supporting clients with industry insights and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate client information and track key performance indicators to manage success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement client success plans to ensure clients meet their social value goals.
  • Provide industry insights and best practices to clients to drive utilisation and value from our products.
  • Maintain accurate client information and track key performance indicators to manage success.
  • Work closely with Strategic Account Managers to develop and implement success plans.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of customer success principles and post-sale account management.
  • Proficiency with CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
  • Competitive salary of £28-38k base (depending on experience) + an additional £20k OTE.
